For example, in certain cases, we may be required to obtain information about your income, disability, and other protected classifications to determine your eligibility for certain programs and to comply with legal obligations.

(per animal, 2 maximum allowed)
Pet Summary:
Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year of age, are welcome at our community. All resident pets must have their health exams and shots and be spayed or neutered before 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum must be on file at our rental office. Two (2) pets maximum.
Additional details:
We also welcome your pet, whether it be a bird or fish, with the written approval of our on-site management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks should not exceed 55 gallons.
Support animals:
If the animal is an emotional support animal, pet deposits are not required and there are no breed restrictions. A letter signed by a qualified professional who meets company standards for reasonable accommodations for emotional support animals is required, along with proof of rabies vaccinations and current licenses (if legally required).
Service Animals:
If the animal is a service animal, pet deposits are not required and there are no breed restrictions. If your disability and the work performed by the animal are not apparent, you may be asked to confirm that the service animal is needed because of a disability and to describe the work or tasks for which the service animal was trained . Proof of current rabies licenses and vaccinations required (if legally applicable).
Breed Restrictions:
We will accept all breeds of dogs except the following or any mixed breed combination containing any of the following: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards and wolf dog. hybrids. *(including all Pit Bull breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Irish Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, American Bulldog, Bordeaux Pit Bull, and Brazilian Fila). We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.
