I would give 0 stars if I could. The front desk has the rudest staff and will do anything to make sure the deposit is not returned. We always keep our apartment clean and we are told our carpet smells like animal urine - we don't even have animals! If I had read all the reviews beforehand, I never would have moved here.

unprofessional management
Lived here for 1.5 years. I was incorrectly charged for carpet cleaning when I left. They used pictures of the underside of the carpet to say it was stained even though there was no stain on the carpet. The carpet wasn't new when I moved in (5+ years old) so I'm not sure how I should check for any stains under the carpet. I don't have pets, I don't have kids, and I have pictures showing that the carpet is spotless. When I spoke to the manager, she told me straight up that I had to take herIt was supposed to be swept under the rug before I moved in. I have lived in about 6 apartments because my company often moves for me and I have never had a situation like this. I strongly recommend others to look elsewhere instead of dealing with this issue. Or have them rip up the carpet and show you that the underside of the carpet is clean during your stay because they will use that to make you pay to upgrade the carpet.

bad customer service,
I live in this apartment for almost several years. I like this location because it is close to my work. They have good maintenance staff. Debbie, the front desk manager and her staff are extremely rude and do not care about providing good customer service to their tenants. They just need you to sign the lease. They will fight you over almost any problem you want them to solve. Ownership changed in early 2019, but the front office remained the same. I don't recommend them to anyone. There are better places around.I wish I had known this before I moved into this apartment. When I left they charged me $400 because they thought the blinds in the living room were broken. Instead of sending me a deposit, they sent me a bill for $1,200 and threatened to take it away if I didn't pay. Attention new tenants.

this place is a joke
Hi everyone, If you are looking for a property owned and managed by a responsible person, click elsewhere. If you are looking for management to professionally handle your own property, don't waste your time with this location. I'd say if you're looking for a place run by people who talk two sides and just can't be honest about what it takes to live there then you should definitely get in touchdeer run. This is easily the worst rental agency I have come across and I highly recommend choosing a different place to call home.

horrible customer service staff
Very poor customer service. 1) I wasn't prepared for an appointment I had scheduled a week in advance, and 2) The rental agent tried to convince me that my Australian Shepherd was a German Shepherd mix and denied my request. This is completely inaccurate and very ignorant. If collie breeds are not allowed, this should be clearly stated in any website details. I wasted Sunday afternoon driving there for a tour and was turned away by mistakeinformation. My management tip: If you're going to be restrained, learn your dog's breed. I would not recommend this band to anyone.
