I wasn't here so not sure how long it lasted but they went through with it and replaced it. So far I haven't had any problems with it. I would look for more estimates next time just to make sure I get a reasonable price.

Scott Viehweg has done plumbing work for our home several times over the last five years, including waterproofing our basement, installing a sump pump, and descaling Rinnai water heaters. He recently installed a new Rinnai water heater to replace two that were damaged in October 2015.Mr. Viehweg was always very professional, polite and responded promptly. His work is excellent. This is the third time that Master Plumber Lee Hagins has done plumbing work at our home. He is incredible! He is polite, honest and has a great work ethic as well as excellent plumbing skills. He had Mac with him on this job. I think Mac must be a plumber's apprentice (with a bigMentor). We were also satisfied with the work of the Mac. All the work was well done and everything was clean and tidy. We were happy with the price and found it very fair. We will continue to call Meetze Plumbing and always ask about Lee Hagins

From the first contact everyone at the company was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and punctual. We had to reschedule the original appointment due to a death in the family and Joe Sherrill was very understanding as was the office staff. He was also very honest with the poor.Quality of work done earlier this spring by another company. He took pictures under our house and came with me on a very hot August afternoon to explain the situation from his point of view. He explained his recommendations in detail. Several weeks passed during which all members of the Falcone team were very cooperative and helped us find the best course of action to resolve our humidity issues. They readily provided several estimates. Once the job was scheduled, the team arrived on time - we received a phone reminder from the office staff to let us know the approximate time they would arrive. Erich Johnson led the work team and contacted my husband several times during the process to explain the necessary changes in the type of work and price. The team was organized and left our yard and surrounding crawl space in good condition. After the job was completed, we weren't able to meet with Erich during the week, so he came over on a Sunday afternoon to explain the job and the newly installed Atmox system to us.

Lee Hagins, Master Plumber and John solved our problem of a sump pump pumping too often. After careful inspection Lee and John fitted the sump pump to our crawl space and also gave us reasonable options for our drain issue. We're so relieved we don't have to hear itThe sump pump turns on every minute and a half. We have tried other plumbers, but we have faith and trust in Meetze. We will ask for Mr. Hagins and John next time we need plumbing
