Due to the Christmas storm in Savannah, we at Total-clean are very grateful for Morgan at Roto-Rooter in Savannah. She was extremely quick and knowledgeable and fixed our pipes without hesitation. She provided top notch customer service and we cannot praise her enough for the great job she is doing for us.

I called Roto-Rooter after another plumber misdiagnosed the problem with my Kohler faucets and quoted an exorbitant price. Roto-Rooter was very polite and friendly and sent me an email to confirm the appointment. They called about 30 minutes before Roberto, the technician showed up at my house. He was friendly, polite and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the Kohler faucets in my master bathroom and quoted a fair price for the extensive work.

He told me he had to bring a special key and finish the job the next day as he had the key at home and he lived far away from me. So he had the dispatcher call me an hour later and say he could come back in 30 minutes. I really appreciated that they checked with me first. Roberto came back as promised and fixed the problem immediately. The price offered was fair and the workmanship was first class. He really knew what he was doing. I recommend Roto-Rooter. They really care a lot about their customers' needs.

I worked with Jason and he hired a team the same day. Gary, Todd and Alex did a fantastic job. They were professional and got the job done very quickly. Very nice and great people. This team knew what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

We called Roto Rooter, Jason came out and provided a very quick and professional review. The service people did a great job and fixed the water problem. They also left fans for the weekend to dry out any remaining moisture.

Technician Dylon was very professional and did a great job of keeping me updated on progress. Everything was done on time and with great quality. I really appreciate his hard work and would recommend him to a friend. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This company took advantage of my 70 year old father and charged him $18,000 to unblock a main drain. In his time of crisis he turned to Roto-Rooter and they took advantage of his crisis and the fact that he knew very little about plumbing and technology. When I pointed out that the price they charged him was too high, they shook my hand.

In addition to charging $3,000 to unclog a main drain, they charged $15,000 for "water purification". I thought I was just paying to unclog the main drain, but I had no idea about the "water purification" fee. The contract he signed was not explained to him and he was not given a paper copy of the contract. The water purification work they allegedly performed was superficial in nature and did not warrant a $15,000 bill. This company does a disservice to its senior customers by not providing them with adequate support to understand the contracts presented to them. I am disappointed with the service I received from them and will never use this company again.

Location Livermore, CA Dealing with them was the worst experience of my life. On Saturday, December 3rd, I unplugged a sink to fill it and forgot (stupid I know), which resulted in water leaking into our laundry room and then overflowing through the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom/casita. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone assess the damage. We were told the damage was "so bad" they would have to cut the ceiling, cut the walls, vacuum the water and get started IMMEDIATELY.

Our landlord lives about an hour away and couldn't come out to sign the paperwork that night, so the technician told him to come over first thing in the morning so they could start work on the house. The next morning, the technician showed up, asked the owner to sign the papers, and left (although he had told us the day before that we absolutely couldn't wait until Sunday morning). The technician didn't come back until Monday morning, set up some machines and restraints and never drained the water. Tuesday they showed up and told us the walls were still wet and then left. They didn't check all the equipment that day which I know because the equipment blew the fuse the night before and we left it alone for fear of starting a fire. When the technician came out that day, the fuse was still blown and the unit still wouldn't work.

The technician did not show up on Wednesday. On Thursday the technician informed us that everything was dry and that no walls or ceilings were being cut. They took most of the equipment but had to leave behind the equipment that had a blown fuse because of course the walls in that room were still wet. They said they would be back Friday morning to pick up the rest of the gear, they never came but told me they would be there Saturday. They didn't show up on Saturday. Finally, on Sunday morning, they showed up to collect the rest of the equipment.

All of this would have been fine if they hadn't tried to overcharge us for work done and work not done. Altogether they spent 7 hours at our house from Monday to Sunday. They charged us for drilling holes that were never drilled, moving furniture in rooms where they didn't need to move furniture, and overcharged them for equipment and the number of hours they spent in our house.

The owner received the cost estimate on 14.12. I called on the 27th of December. dispute the estimate; I got no response so I left a voicemail. Never heard from anyone so I contacted Michelle, the appraiser listed on our invoice, on 1/10. I sent an email to let her know that I have questions about the quote. She answered and CC'd Claudia and Britton and said they were the only ones talking. So I called Britton. Britton told me he wasn't the right person to contact and would refer me to the right person, Veronica. I never heard from him again. So I finally at 25.1. directed only at Veronica. She gave me her phone number but didn't pick up when I called so I left a message. She said she would call me the morning of January 26th and she never did.

On the afternoon of the 26th I get a call from ANOTHER person saying they can talk to me about the bill but it's due today or they're pawning the landlord's house. After a month of trying to contact them, they finally learned how to use the phone and call me when the bill was due. Comfortable. After arguing with myself about the bill, I was told that they could take some of the items but would not accept anything they charged extra for. I was also told that the fee for drilling holes is "only 81 cents", so I should feel better about paying for the work that didn't get done. Looking back it's 20/20, but if I knew what I know now, I would have rented the drying equipment from Home Depot and done it myself instead of paying a company $7,500 to put some equipment in my house and then forget me and burden myself for it.

We had Roto Rooters to clean a drain and they sold my wife some things we didn't need and destroyed our sewer system in the process. They were always very late except when that slimy frog came to get the $$$ the blueprint was changed without my knowledge so we couldn't use our house drain for over 6 months paying for their crappy service because they did it . No refunds for low quality service!

I was told to use someone else the next time I needed to do something, all because I asked Teresa** to check her notes to make sure I didn't make a mistake, and I made the mistake, so she complained to Mike and he told me said to call someone else next time. Mike at **office number. After they had done enough work, a total of over $3,200.00 was paid in full at the time of the services. I was polite and just asked Teresa to check the balances. At this point Teresa wrote that they had deducted 490.00 from my bill. I never ask them, they choose to do it themselves because the guy who gave me that quote doesn't work there anymore..** this is his cell phone number.

Service called for leaks and no shows 2 times and rescheduled appointments for over a week. 2 people come to my house for an hour and just turn the water on and check the bathroom faucet and crawl space and can't find the sauce leaking. Then they charged me $1000 for all the work and explained that this was the standard price for 2 people. During the whole class, they don't spend all their time working, they even talk about the car for about 15 minutes. It's ridiculously priced and unprofessional technicians who do not recommend the company and will never use it again.
